Kathrin brings a multidisciplinary approach to mediation, combining her background in economic psychology with specialised training from Harvard Law School's Program on Negotiation, among others.
She has extensive experience in facilitating international dialogue, and focuses on peacebuilding, cross-cultural communication and transformative conflict resolution. She has been working in the field of education and youth work for the last three years, having transitioned from a corporate career.
Ludovic is a Harvard Program on Negotiation–trained mediator specializing in complex, cross-cultural and project-related disputes.
He combines advanced mediation techniques with a pragmatic, empathetic approach to help organizations, teams, and partners transform conflict into sustainable agreements.
His practice spans NGOs, academia, and the private sector, with a strong focus on leadership, governance, and emotional dynamics in negotiation. He also teaches at Sciences Po Paris (Bachelor and Master’s programs), where he leads seminars on mediation, communication “golden rules,” and professional management workshops for national and international audiences.
Specializing in project mediation, insurance cases, and corporate disputes, Sarah is an expert in conflict resolution and negotiations. She helps organizations and partners transform conflict into constructive, lasting agreements.
With a strong background in project management, law, and international tax law, Sarah combines legal precision with an empathetic, solution-oriented approach to build trust, bridge differences, and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. She has received specialist training at renowned institutions in the United States, including the Harvard Program on Negotiation.
In addition to her mediation practice, Sarah conducts trainings in nonviolent communication at schools, fostering dialogue and understanding from an early age.
With a background spanning logistics, renewable energy, and banking industries, Brendan combines negotiation best practices with communication tools to navigate conflict. He focuses on both the strategic and transformative potential of negotiating agreements. From startup founder equity splits to change projects in multinational corporates, he applies the same principled and mindful approach to form fair agreements that last.
Trained in negotiation and mediation at the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School, he also holds a master’s in financial management, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and is pursuing the CFA charter.
Thierry is a leadership and mediation professional with over 15 years of international experience across 14 countries in Asia, Europe, and North America. A former Vice President at Credit Suisse, he has guided senior executives and global teams through complex transformations. As co-founder of Connecting Humans, Thierry helps organizations and individuals foster trust, collaboration, and psychological safety.
Educated at Harvard in Negotiation, Mediation, and Leadership, he holds two master’s degrees in Commerce and International Business, and is a certified coach (ICF-PCC™) and facilitator. Combining strategic insight with empathy and emotional intelligence, Thierry brings a deeply human approach to conflict resolution and organizational change.
